Images in the Sun is owned and run by Darren Lewey, a photographer based in Morocco and Spain who runs courses in association with select suppliers. He has a BA(Hons) in Photographic Studies and a career background in documentary TV production for the BBC & C4 and teaching in UK universities and colleges. Covering all genres of photography, Darren has become an ambassador for the photographic possibilities of Essaouria and the Moorish valleys of Spain. Throughout the year, Darren runs week long courses exploring the image making possibilities for the regions. He has photographed Morocco and Spain since the 90s, and has guided numerous photographers, some budding amateurs and some highly experienced, to find the beauty of the sun baked countryside and surroundings. When not running these courses he's shooting for clients in Morocco and London or developing projects for exhibition.
